Chongqing Longfor Guangnian project is constructed by Chongqing Longhu Jingnan Real Estate Development Inc., covering an area of about 122 mu, with a total investment of about 8 billion yuan and a building volume of around 480,000 square meters, among which 210,000 square meters of Jinsha Paradise Walk and 270,000 square meters of commercial buildings are included. This project is the country's first commercial district high-speed rail TOD, and also a brand-new city-level commercial strategic project created by Longfor Group. Among them, Chongqing Longfor Jinsha Paradise Walk is positioned as a city level shopping center with the largest volume, the most comprehensive types of business and the highest level in Western Chongqing, and radiates the Chengdu – Chongqing economic circle. It opened on December 30, 2020.
